Marketing and Recruitment
UOM Enterprise has an engaging marketing and recruitment team who plays a vital role within the university. The team communicates the University’s value and share crucial information to future students and the wider community. The team will help a student understand the courses available on the market, listen to the needs of the students and guide them towards choosing the appropriate pathway to shaping their future.
The team provides one to one counseling to prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students and gives out prospectuses and other key documents to students, as well as organising and participating in recruitment activities such as:
- Open days
- Education and career fairs
- Road shows
- Free taster lectures
- Presentation in colleges

Administration
Admin & Finance
Students are requested to contact the Administration team for the following matters:
- Documentation (such as testimonial/ Student Card/ Bus Pass)
- Timetable/ Exams timetable etc.
- Change in Address
- Academic related matters
Payment of Fees (Finance)
Students can pay their tuition fees in 3 instalments. For a typical September intake, students effect payment as follows:
- First Part-payment: upon accepting the offer
- Second Part-payment: payable on or before 31st January
- Third Part-payment: payable on or before 30th April
For any additional payment facility students are requested to submit a proposed payment plan to the admin office for approval

We support our students to the best of our abilities at UOM Enterprise.
Students are encouraged to contact the student support team for any matters they think may affect their studies:
Eg:
- Mitigating circumstances (illness) – need for extension for submission of assignment)
- Change of Circumstances (interruption of studies or withdrawal)
- Complaints
- Guidance
The student support team work closely with other departments and they will guide you or relay your query to the concerned department.

Our Facilities
We are on the first floor of the Core Building in Ebene.
Students benefit from:
State of the art air-conditioned classrooms
All our classrooms are equipped with air conditioning for the comfort of our students. We also offer free wifi access. In addition, they are also equipped with projectors and white boards.
Computer Laboratory
UOM Enterprise is also equipped with a computer laboratory consisting around 30 High Performance Computers. These computers can be used to access the huge resources of UCLan’s UK online library.
Library
Library
A variety of textbooks covering the various modules taught are available in the library found on campus. These books are available mostly for reference but, where multiple copies are available, students can borrow them on a short-term loan basis.
Extensive resources are also provided by UCLan’s Learning Information Services (LIS) to support students during their studies. LIS subscribes to the following resources which are available for both UCLan staff and students from the University network and over the internet with a password. These resources are licensed for educational use only and include:

E-Images
E-Journals A-Z
E-Newspapers
Research Repository
Other facilities:
- Library users are welcome to bring their own laptops.
- Free Wi-Fi is available to students
- Photocopy facilities (A fee is payable per sheet printed)
