UOM Enterprise Ltd (UOME) was created in 2010 by the UOM Trust and is registered with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) as a post-secondary educational institution. UOME entered into a partnership with the University of Central Lancashire, UK in 2011 to deliver numerous courses in Mauritius.

After 3 years of successfully delivering an LLM in International Business Law awarded by the University of Central Lancashire, UK, under the banner of UOM Trust, UOME launched various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in 2014 in the field of Law and Project Management.

In 2024, the partnership further diversified its portfolio of courses through the introduction of a MSc Digital Marketing Communications.

All programmes delivered at UOME have gone through the rigorous process of accreditation by the HEC. In addition, all University of Central Lancashire’s courses delivered in Mauritius are recognised under the UK system regulated by the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA), UK.
