UCLan’s LLM International Business Law (with a pathway in Commercial Arbitration) course provides students with the analytical and reflective skills required in the competitive domain of international business law. On completion of this course students will be equipped with the transferable skills that are essential in the modern workplace and are crucial to effective leadership, such as negotiation, problem solving and dispute resolution.
